Frequently Asked Questions

  • Does Tap Avenue provide or sell alcohol?
    Due to California liquor laws, we cannot sell liquor or any alcoholic products. However, we have plenty of amazing local vendors to get you the exact beverages you need. You buy the booze we bring the fun!
  • What type of beverages can you serve from your taps?
    Anything that is keg-able! Beer, wine, sparkling wine, cocktails, mocktails, kombucha, cold brew, lemonade... you name it!
  • How much does it cost?
    At Tap Avenue, we understand that each event is unique and requires a customized approach. Therefore, the cost for our services varies depending on several factors, such as the type of event, location, duration, and number of guests, and specific client requests. We provide a personalized quote for each event.
  • What areas do you service?
    Tap Avenue is based out of beautiful Temecula, CA, but we love to travel! We service all of Southern California, including San Diego, Orange County, Riverside, and Los Angeles areas. There is a $1.50 per-mile charge for travel outside of a 20 mile radius from Temecula.
  • What is your payment and cancellation policy?
    A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the date of your event. There is a 7-day window after booking our services to cancel the reservation and is eligible to receive a refund of the deposit in full. On the 8th day after signing and submitting the Agreement, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • Is Tap Avenue insured?
    Absolutely! We're fully insured with general liability and liquor liability insurance to keep things legal. Additionally, our tap attendants are certified and trained to safely serve.
  • Can your other rentals and add-ons be rented individually?
    Yes! We offer other tapped items and party items for rent, including a two-tap wine barrel, kegerator, champagne wall, wood bar, surfboard bar, market umbrellas, bar carts, hydration stations, and more! You can rent these items individually or add them to any of our packages.
  • What type of events do you service?
    We LOVE a good party! Tap Avenue's rentals are perfect for weddings, engagements, bachelor/ettes, birthday celebrations, baby showers, reunions, graduations, anniversaries, holiday parties, retirements, corporate events, trade shows, product launches, grand openings, golf tournaments, photo shoots, and more! The options are endless. We got you!
  • Are your rentals self-service or do they require a tap attendant?
    Carolina and Carina, our vintage Piaggio Ape tap vehicles, require a tap attendant. Each package includes one tap attendant for up to 75 guests. Additional tap attendants are required to add-on for each additional 75 guests. Our two-tap wine barrel and kegerator can be dropped off for self-serve use.
  • Are gratuities included in the base price?
    Our team of professionals work hard not only at your event, but behind the scenes as well to ensure your celebration is a hit! With that said, gratuity will be added to each rental and/or service package as follows: 15% gratuity added with tip jar permitted at event 25% gratuity added with out tip jar permitted at event
