How It Works. . .


Step 01

Tell us a bit about you!

Submit your information on our "Let's Party!" page to start the process. Once you have submitted an inquiry, we will send you a follow up email to book a Beverage Consultation call.

Step 02

Book a Beverage Consultation Call.

We will give you a call at your scheduled date and time to gather any other information we may need. This also gives you the opportunity to directly connect with us and ask any questions you may have. Once we have all the deets, we can send you a custom quote.

Step 03

Secure Your Date.

In order to secure the date for your event, we'll need a signed agreement + a retainer of 50%. Once both items have been completed, we reserve the date of your event.

Step 04

Finalize Your Menu.

You may already have a good idea of what beverages you want to serve, however our team is here to assist you with referrals (we love local brews!) and determining quantity for your estimated guest count.

Step 05

Time to party!

And now, we celebrate! Our awesome team will be sure to provide you with a wonderful and unique beverage catering experience. Cheers!

Additional Important Info

(very important!)

Due to California State laws – we cannot purchase or sell any alcohol for your event. This means that either you, your caterer or your venue must purchase or provide the alcohol to be served. We’re happy to discuss your options and provide you with resources for selecting the type and amount of beverages that you’d like to offer at your event. An ABC certified bartender will be provided, no self-service is allowed.
